Discrepancies in RPG ammo loads

I realise there may be discrepancies in the load outs for a reason, training doctrine, size of round etc but I wonder if this needs looking at for oddities.
Namely high number of rounds per man or very low

If you look at Bosnia/Herzegovina for example
Unit 70 VF Riflemen carry 4 rounds for the zolja LAW which seems a common number for "2nd rate countries"
Unit 97 VRS Infantry on the other hand carry 2 rounds for their zolja LAW
I assume therefore the Serb Republic was short on RPG rounds.
This may be better represented by giving 2 units in the platoon LAWs with 3 rounds each & the 3rd unit a different weapon in that slot.
The guys with LAWs at least have a reasonable chance of acquiring a target & having another round left for the follow on shot.

These are just observations but seems to approximate like this.

Rebels Militia etc get 2-3 rounds which seems fair enough

"2nd rate countries" (Africa Middle East Asia & some lesser European) get 4 rounds per squad (say 1 round to every 1.5-2 men)

"1st rate countries" (USA & main players like Russia China Nato & some Warsaw Pact) get 6 rounds per squad, more in some cases like USA. (say 1 round to every 1.3-1 man)

There are discrepancies however, UK normally 4 rounds for example.

Ski troops also seem to carry less which makes sense though there are some oddities there to

Italy
Unit no 344 Alpine Section carry 9 rounds, 9 men
While
318 Mech Infantry carry 6 rounds, 9men - same weapon as above.
313 Bersaglieri (elite) carry 3 rounds, 7men - Different weapon though possibly bigger round.

Just thought I would mention it & purely from a game point of view.
4 RPG rounds seem fine any more tend to get used vs infantry anyway.
2-3 is a penalty due to acquiring target & then having no ammo left so works well with poorly trained units.
