Russian RCL

Another one that I bet has been missed
Units 587 & 474 one must be wrong
First has speed of 6 second speed 4
Second also caries half the ammo & has an extra man, ammo may make sense as its a Para unit but speed doesn't unless the infantry weapon has wheels or some such
