Question on Star Temple
 

I cleaned out my first Star Temple, but it shows it is only 75% explored, do I need better equipment to find more rooms to explore?

No, you don't. It's just that the outside-of-wall tiles do count too as they are not open space.

So if you want to explore all the possible rooms, you have already done that.

But if what you want is to get 100% completion (though I'm sure even without that you do know that the temple has nothing more as soon as you get all the visible loot), then returning with a hand scanner (visibility not affected by line of sight) and a suit with really high sight range is what you do.

Perhaps in future there will be some "hidden rooms requiring special equipment" (good idea!) , but for now, Kazeto is quite correct. You have likely found everything ;)
