aircraft on runways in scenario's

I'm setting up this scenario and I seem to remember something about aircraft in some oob to place on runways that would just sit there.
I know I played a scenario before with this sort of aircraft in it.

I searched the forum but nothing came up.

UN OOB has parked civilian aircraft.

(No really modern stuff but I can do 1 for ya and up it later if ya like?)
