For those that didn't know....

1/ April 8 I had open heart surgery..-----new mechanical aortic valve and a single bypass--this is by itself "ungood" but I WAS getting better. Then........

2/ May 4 I had a "mild" ( ha! ) stroke--this is "doubleplusungood"

So I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT if people would refrain from sending me detail PM messages with ideas on how to " improve" the games for AT LEAST 2 months while i recover from all this nonsense

THANKS ( this took 20 minutes to type without errors)

Don:

Two hard knocks back to back could take the wind out of most everyone's sails. But, you are here and still making things happen!

It seems you just had a change in perspective and now are getting set to turn the crank in a new way but will continue to amaze the community here and the gaming world in general.

You have given the game some incredibly long legs.

Thanks and recover to a new level of brilliance!

Re: Fyi

The effects of the stroke ...are starting to alleviate .....and I'm told it was a stroke because the TIA happened an hour before.. but fine motor skill have not entirely returned but as strokes go I've been 'lucky'( but when you're lying on the floor and can't make your muscles obey you don't think 'gee I guess I'm 'lucky) ----but I can walk again without assistance which seemed like a fantasy 5 days ago.

Best wishes on a speedy and full recovery! Focus on your health, the game will be here when you have recovered...if it hasn't disappeared by now, it never will ;^)
