172 Dragon Rouge, Congo 1964 Transport Bug in Airborne Drop

Two Lockheed C-130’s are set to reinforcement turn 3. However, transports appear in the scenario on turn 3 but do not make a drop. In the Editor, I cleared the reinforcement turn, set the Airborne turn to 3 and subsequently plotted a DZ. Apparently, with a reinforcement turn, the transports do not appear on the Airborne screen in v10 of the game.
