The Gold Version starts shipping today - MArch 04, 2002! But please be patient.

This is the largest pre-order we have ever had and our shipping systems can't handle the load - it will take most of the week to get all pre-orders out. Please check your account as to the status of your order.

Customer service is going to be crushed this week, and if we get alot of questions about order status, I'll have to pull people off shipping to answer inquiries and that will just slow down shipping...

Please be patient and we will get your game out in the order it was received.

We have been having major difficulties with the FedEx System. If your tracking number starts with 1Z then it was shipped through UPS. We thought this was a better alternative than making you wait until FedEX got their act together. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif If this is not the case, then contact customer support.
