TDM-ModPack 3.0 (Gold)
 

Dear all,
with the shipping of Space Empires 4 it is now time to release the next TDM-ModPack as well.

The files provided here are the same as on the CD but some might try them with the demo and some may just be curious what's to come when the postman rings twice.

The classic TDM-ModPack is still available on the board for all us poor guys that have not yet the new gold Version. It will remain up for the time being.

Note that this release of the TDM-ModPack does not contain any race that uses copyrighted material such as the Trek Races or the Earth Alliance. However their AIs are still there, they have just moved to some of the SE4 original races.

Does this mean the races for Star Trek for Version 1.49 will not work with the gold or has anyone tried?

None 1.49 races will work with GOLD. The "missing" TDM races will be in the next release of the TDM-ModPack that should arrive with the next offical patch at the latest.

OK,

One Last quick question. Once I get the new gold Version and check out changes. It shouldnt be to hard to update the current star trek and b5 mods should it?

Grayhorse - it depends on how much you want your AI to utilize the new features (i.e. Drones, multi-class construction calls, etc.). If you just want to make them not generate error Messages, it is pretty easy. Check out this thread (my post about 1/2 way down):
