Can anyone direct me to a site that might have a better tutorial than what's in the game?

There really arn't any better tutorials, many have thought of expanding on the in game one, but if i were you just start a game with the lowest number of AI's (neutrals and normal) with normal tech and low Racial points and just play (turn on cheats so if you are in a tough spot you can always get out and continue learning) the cheats are ctrl pressed in the empire window and then typing money and im not sure what else.
