TDR map tool

I try to run TDR map tool on WIN10 but it won't work without msvcr71.dll.
I have this file in my System32 and SysWOW64 folders.

Any ideas how to run it ?

Sorry ACE I can not help as I don't have access to the code, its 400 Km away locked up in storage.

I managed to run it somehow, It would be great to update that tool.
