Assistance placing AI in defense

While I appreciate the AI ability in meeting engagements, they aren't the best setting up a defense. So I'm looking for someone to deploy the AI in the attached battle, if at all possible. It shouldn't take long, its a hasty defense by rebels/insurgents.

The situation;
Indonesia extremists have expanded and are in open rebellion. Some army units have joined them. They have taken control of part of this coastal city. The local Indonesian army units have failed in repeated attempts to neutralize the rebels. Having sustained very heavy casualties, effectiveness and morale are so low the government has been forced to ask for U.S. assistance.
