i posted in the sub-forum but have gotten no information.

I am wondering if ScenHack allows you to load a scenerio and do a full OOB alteration of one or both sides when selecting the RATINGS button. This feature suggests it would but when i try to utilize it....and save the edits, nothing changes in the scenerio on reloading, or reloading WinSP.

Am i doing something wrong or is the tool not capable beyond indiv. unit alterations?

I made a copy of scenario 18 and changed the German units( nation 16 ) to Moral 36 then saved and reloaded the scenario..................
