Daimler Dingo

Came across this Indian Dingo. Didn't know the icon so checked it out. The pop up tells me it's a tracked vehicle when it clearly isn't. Checked the OOB through Mobhack and it is correctly classed as an A/T wheeled.

Am I missing something?

the code there was showing the wrong index.

It only appears in the info box if an enemy unit is selected - and frankly, nobody really cares about the movement class of a target, more about the armour and other data:)!

it is unchanged from the original SSI code, so its been there a fair old while!

only the code that puts that string up on-screen is borked, the unit itself has the correct movement code in its data, so it has absolutely nil effect other than confusing you as you are the first one to spot that wrong label in 25 odds years - congratulations!.

Fixed for both MBT and WW2 as both had that historic error.

If that screen was showing the MC incorrectly it's been doing it since SP2 was released November 1, 1996

It is beyond rare that a code error 29 years old is finally reported
