Size Zero Aircraft

In the USA OOB unit 355, the B-2, and unit 949, the B-21 Raider, have a size of zero. The B-2s in the level bomber class, units 947 and 948, have a size of four. Is four the correct number?

Something to put on the to-do list then, though the level bomber class is pretty much irrelevant other than for its intended use in scenario design.
