Play By Web Mostly playing 1.49
 

Ok, so I go to PBW and look for a game to join. What do I find but that all most all of the games are for SEIV v 1.49. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon8.gif

Now what do I do? Join a game in progress? Ok, perhaps, but that leaves me at a real loss for getting in on a new game from the start. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/rolleyes.gif

I could start my own game, however, with so few people playing GOLD, I would have to wait until hell freezes over before I could start it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon8.gif

I have set up a Game with Gold that is full but hasn't started yet, it's called Gorgo's Fourth - Glao.

I have had SEIV Gold for a week, but I have not opened it yet. It could be that the Universe Cup is keeping a lot of us experienced SEIV players busy. Once more players finish their Universe Cup first round robin games, I would expect more new games being started.

Most people are still playing 1.49 games that started before Gold came out; also, PBW has only been supporting Gold for a few weeks.
