"Quick Gold game for newbies"
 

I have just started a game at http://seiv.pbw.cc/ with this title - with four players on a small map starting with 3 planets each, things should start happening quickly. I am particularly keen to get a couple of people who, like me, haven't played against a human much so we don't end up steamrollered by more experienced players.

Derb, excellent idea and I wish I had had the good sense to think of this myself before baiting a bunch of tyro americans into annihilating me

I would love to join but unfortunately dont yet have gold

Oh yeah- as a newbie getting ready to play some other PBW games, I wouldn't mind joining.

Im a newbie (at gold hehe) but i woudl love to play i won't take as much racial or soemthign or just play easy or be an observer i need some godl experience on PBW

Please skulky find another game - there are plenty around. The PBW site is back up now - hurrah!

PBW is still down.

Did you guys want to maybe do the turn processing without PBW in the meantime? (of course, the game creator has to up for it http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif )
