Intel Projects
 

Okay - I'm an idiot.

I'm racking up Intelligence points, and the opponents are using intel projects against me, but I cannot figure out how to use them myself. Aside from discovering new ones through research, I have no idea where in the game to find an Intelligence menu.

I'm totally lost. Any help would be appreciated.

Hit F9, or press the button with the alien on it (Empires). From this menu hit the button called "Intelligence" from their you can select your intelligence projects (depending on how much you have researched them). To combat intel projects, always make sure you have at least one "counter-intelligence" project going. Hope this helps.

Go to "politics" pull-down: second picture from the left in the bottom row (one that looks like ghost face). On the right, there is "intelegence" click on it and you will see the menu.
