If I want to give one race a big advantage over the others, what's the best way to do that?

- Let them play the first 15 turns of the game before the other players start.
- Let them use 5K racial points while the others are voluntarily limited to 2K
- Use a scenario.
- many others I can't think of right now

-Have that race start on a Ringworld. Or, have them start on a Sphereworld, and let everyone else start on a Ringworld. The first option would make the race nearly impossible to defeat, unless you have 19 other people allied against them.
-Play the Ultimate Mod, and give the race the Malfadorian racial trait. However, this mod is non-Gold.
-Mod a super-culture for the race to use.
-Mod powerful racial technolgy for the race to use.
