Repair Priority reordering weirdness

Whenever I reorder the repair priorities in the MP games I am in, or more precisely- when I remove the default priority entries to the left column for selecting- some of the entries like armor and supply disappear.

What is happening?

I think you have to have them researched to put them back into the repair priorities.

Annoying, isn't it?
