How Random are Random Races?
 

I've noticed that some races keep showing up when I start a game with "random races selected". I've
got about 50 races available (from various Mods),
but in six out of six starts the CluCluks (sic)
were present. What is up with that?

There are only 5 or 6 neutral races. If you specify adding neutrals, you will get the same ones nearly every time.

There are only a few neutral races, and it sounds like you've got them being added in your setup.

Turn off the randomly generate AI neutrals, and just take the random full AIs.

Randomly choosing 5 out of 5 neutral AIs, dosen't get you much variety (or challenge, since they're neutrals)
