Can\'t read long diplomatic Messages...

I can't read diplomatic Messages longer that the log screen to display them. I know there was an option to turn on a scroll bar for this, but in searching in game and through the forums, I can't find any reference to it. Can anybody out there help me with this one?

Settings.txt, second line:

Use Old Log Political Message Display := FALSE
