Request Help - SE4Gold(demo) - corrupt installation

Greetings all.

All a long time solo SE3 player I was thinking about upgrading to SE4.

So I downloaded the SE4 Gold demo, but when I try and run it the screen goes black with a message box saying "Corrupt Installation Detected".

I have SE3 installed at present, but have never had SE4 or SE4Gold in either demo or full Versions installed.

Anyone seen this or know a cure please?

Perhaps you should contact Aaron at Malfador about this one friend. Sounds like your SE3 installation is causing you problems.

Delete your current Demo Version and make the download once again. Perhaps the file was not transfered correctely. I don't see any connection with SE III on your computer, because I still have SE III on my computer and never had a problem.
