Changing existing move in simeultanous move games

Is there any way to do a single turn in two or more sessions when playing simeultanous move? I have tried in the past and when I quit and save then open the same game again I find all of the orders I put in previously have been lost. Really irritating!

i redid the same turn 3 times today because each time i got 15 minutes in, i realized i had to go somewhere and pack up my laptop.
