strange beheaviour with new components added
 
I addes some type of new engine called high capacity engine

thats the entry in the relatet tech file

Name := High Capacity Engines
Group := Applied Science
Description := Engines which can store and burn out more supplys
Maximum Level := 9
Level Cost := 50000
Start Level := 0
Raise Level := 0
Racial Area := 0
Unique Area := 0
Can Be Removed := True
Number of Tech Req := 2
Tech Area Req 1 := Propulsion
Tech Level Req 1 := 12
Tech Area Req 2 := Cargo
Tech Level Req 2 := 3

for testing purposes i startet a game with high ( means all ) tech avialible and the new comps are all showing and the family stuff is also correct but all comps below the new comp in the list dont show up what means all stellar stuff all weapons armor and cloaking and scanning stuff.

whats wrong ?
if i put it on the end it works fine but i dont want the engines as the Last stuff !

whats the problem there ?
it works fine if i put it as the Last comp but as i sayd without mousewheel working its the pure horror to scroll throug all the stuff.

hope someone can help

You've just run into the single most common modding problem:
The [ominous voice]Double-Blank Line[/ominous voice]

You need exactly one empty line between each component, since SE4 will assume that it has reached the end of the file when it sees more than one blank line.
