AI Intelligence (I know - oxymoron)

Is there any way to control what intel projects the AI uses. I'm not happy with the current system.

Yes, I am using it, but I'm not home now. I can describe it.

It's something that was included on the GOLD CD. It creates a research catagory called Human Intel. That way the AI doesn't waste Intel points on projects it can't use (like gather information).

In fact, there are two intel mods on the CD: one by Lucas and Tampa_Gamer, and one by Q (not me, the other Q http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif ).
