Can someone please tell me a list of all the known SE4 programs and witch editors are best?

Um, editors? To the best of my recollection, there are no editors. There are component programs that will allow you to modify componets, and you can get those from the download section, or off the GOLD CD. I hope that helps Kodos.

As for which is best, there really isnt much overlap between the tools so it will depend on what you are looking todo as to which mod tool is best (or which mod tool is able to do it as the case may be).

Take a look at the new scenario forum in particular because it will contain the latest Versions of any mods or modding tools that have been created, including those found on the Gold CD in some cases.
