login problem -- can I get a moderator please?
 

I'm at the game shp page trying to buy the game and it asks me to log in. However, I AM logged in. I can see it there right now. Anyway, I fill in the fields for user name and password and it keeps taking me to an error page telling me my user name isn't recognized. Can't let them know on the customer support page because it asks me for the same login info. Yet here I am typing this and it says I'm logged in. And I can go to my profile page and see all my info there as well. Weird.

Yes, I know I can buy the game without logging in, but I want to know what's wrong. I've registered as normal so I should be able to use the store that way, too.

I'm not a moderator, but:

The store, tech support, and forums use DIFFERENT login systems. A login in one won't work with the others; probably because the software is different.

That's right, also you don't have t register an account to buy on the store.
