From what I understood, I thought it was an option that was only available in the beta Versions.

It only works in the beta exe.

DebugSettings.txt

The "History.txt" file from the V1.67 patch mentions a "DebugSettings.txt" file:

Added an optional file called "DebugSettings.txt". This filed should be placed in the SE4 directory and controls whether certain debug setting are used in the game (if the file is not present all of the debug settings are turned off). See the file for complete details.

I installed the patch but can't find this file anyplace. Anybody know where/how to get it?
