Cloaked Vessels and Partnership
Can you see cloaked vessels owned by an empire that you have a Partnership or a Military Alliance with?

Only if there is some other vessel in the system that would be allow you to see it.

When you post, there are "list-start" "list-item" and "list-end" buttons. Use them, and they generate:

Re: Cloaked Vessels and Partnership
The "easy" answer might be something like this:
in a partnership, you receive your partner's "line of sight" - in other words, you can see "through" his ships and units and "through" his sensors. This means that if he has a cloaked ship you can see "through" it (you see the system it is in) but you cannot see the cloaked ship itself (unless you have access to some sensors, either yours or from any partner empire). Anyway, I think there are some bugs in the game. In some cases (including two out of four of my current PBW games) I receive the line of sight of an empire with which I haven't a Partnership... Has anyone else experience such a possible bug? |
