For some strange reason i am no longer allowed to post on the ladder ezboard.

I have posted 5 Messages ( sorry had) now i cannot post any.

I am logged in when i read the threads but i cannot write anymore.

Anyone else have this problem or will i have to re-register.

Also on the thread with se4 regulations.

I read through the regulations.

Seems that you start in one of the 81 quadrants or whatever they are called, each comprised of several hundred systems.

Not sure how long the turns are.

You go on collecting systems by expansion. (all of this seems to be out of the actual SE game).
Then when you go to war with someone, in order to decide who wins the war, you play a game of SE3 or 4 (not sure which), the size of the actual SE game you play is based on how many systems you are fighting over, and how many people are involved. I think.

I'm not involved in this, so don't take my word at face value.

Jmenschenfresser's post is fairly accurate.

You play either SE3 or 4, depending on what you and the other party own.
