Uhh probably. But beats me were it is but If you want to view the available weapons (and components, facilites, tech areas, intel projects and vehicle sizes) you may want to try my program. (Download it from my sig lines)

There is also an excellent Component HTML creator tool, done by Raynor & Coldsteel, that creates a web page with all weapons.
