Updated Cultures!
 

After playing around with some Cultures.txt values on Jourin's old spreadsheet, I realized that it didn't handle the upper and lower numbers too well (>120 or <80, etc.), so I redid the calculations. No, it's not pretty, but I'm not an actuarial program. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

I haven't posted it for download yet but it should be about ready. Play with it and let me know if there's anything too glaring. Thanks!
