Rocketeers: new shipset - please comment

Hi,

I make a new shipset -> "Rocketeers".

Its not ready - only from escort to battlecruiser-class for now.

Because I do not want to upload an unready shipset I will send an email to everybody interested in.

So, when you want to see it please send an email to seik2000@gmx.de.
