What exactly is the difference between these 2 entries in Happiness.txt: "Ship Constructed" and "Any Ship Constructed"???

Edit 2: hmm, with this new profile it would be rather easy for a player to cheat to bump up his population's happiness - alternately start and cancel trade treaties! hmmmm....

I think "Ship Constructed" refers to when the empire builds a ship, and "Any Ship Constructed" refers to when other empires build a ship in the system.
