Ship Model Info please ...
 

Can anyone tell me from whence this model came:

This image is from the Eridani Ship Set.

If a mesh - will the author share it with me plz? Lightwave, POVRay, 3DSMAX, or obj is OK. I have Dogga as well.

It looks almost like a Homeworld ship.. but not one that I've seen.

You were correct, it is a model from Homeworld. It's a model that never made it to the game, but it was in the vehicle list anyway. If you want to see one in game checkout the space junk yard. I think there are about 6 of them in there. Let me know if you need more info.

yes, its a homeworld ship. i think its a salvage ship, and it doubles as a ship capturing ship.

edit: really? it never made it into the game? i only played the demo of it, but i could have sworn that ship was in there. of course, my memory is pretty bad, so maybe i just saw it in the modle viewer or something.
