When will the next patch be out?
 

Anyone know when the next patch will be released to the public? There has been only one patch since Gold game out, and there is certainly no shortage of bugs to fix.

Soon. And it will be a good one. Lot's of bugs fixed.

I received an e-mail of MM as a reply of a bug I reported and he stated that the next patch should be published next week.

Just bugging everyone about this again...

If he follows pattern the beta team will get another patch any day now and then assuming we find nothing wrong with it it will be released to the public a few days later. This Last beta patch was going to be the official release, and that was what he was basing his "About a week" estimates on. But a rather funky mine damage bug creeped into it and needed to be squished.

Director, go ahead and start a game now. But make it one that everyone agrees before hand to upgrade as soon as possible when the new patch comes out. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Occasionally he will go ahead and release something and then give us an 'update' afterwards, though. But since there has been no official announcement that I know of committing MM and Shrapnel to issuing a patch by a specific deadline, I suspect Geo's guess is the more likely to be correct.
