Weapons Mounts?
 

How do I get access to weapons mounts? I have not figured this out yet.

In the normal stock game, there is a button in the ship design window for weapon mounts. If i remember correctly it is in the top right corner. You can only use certain mounts with the appropriate size ship. I believe some mods handle that differently though.
