New AI for Fazrah
 

I made a new AI for Fazrah, if someone wants to try it, pls send any feedback, or comment about it. The AI uses the weapons like the original Malfador release, (Torpedos, and Graviton Hellbores) but i added to use Shield Depleters as new weapon. All files new except the anger.txt, and politics.txt, so they are still like wars, but they a bit tougher now:)
