Xeo Mod v3.0.0 released!
 
Yes, it's my infamous never-played-in-3-Versions mod... I think it might be ready for multiplayer, since there's still no AI... (Hope no planets Rebel or you'll need to get someone to take over their empires!)

Just a few of the new features in this Version:
-Revised scanners and cloaks, ala P&N - small ships get gravitic cloaks because they have less mass signature, etc.
-Revamped Boarding Parties - no longer can you use the "board once to wipe out their Security Stations, then board again for a guaranteed victory" exploit since Boarding Parties have in effect been changed to 1-square Allegiance Subverters!
-Check out the new Temporal Shifter >:-)
-Added Legendary Spazer (from Megaman 21XX) and Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch (from Monty Python) ;-)
-Changed mounts - they're not quite so uber-powerful, and instead more balanced (come on, it gets more HITPOINTS than its size???), to balance this out Ship Construction and Base Construction are cheaper and I added Fire Control Centers ala Proportions
-(Hopefully) fixed Neutral Happiness Type so it may actually be playable!
-Added Emissive Shield Generator that acts like MOO1 shields
