Fast construction
 
If I Choose "Hardy industialists" and get 125% space yard production, then increase "construction aptitide" to 120% (20% increase space yard rate"
Do I get 145% rate or 125% or 150%,(20% of 125% is 25%)?

Throw in the worker bonus and you get 150%

so with temporal and on a world with full! pop bonus' you would hit the max unmodded SE4 production ever possible, and normally would just kick butt. gotta try this one.

That's a huge amount of racial points being spent there. I don't think that design would be very effective in a (normal) PBW game.

Engineers (NOT workers), Temporal, Hardy Industrialists, and maxed ship yard rate costs 6000 points. Ow.

On a fully filled jublient homeworld, it gives you 11kt building per turn. Fully filled Huge world gives 13kt.

This sounds great, but can your economy keep up? My bet is that half your space yards will be idle due to lack of resources.... or you will build half as many space yards, a self defeating proposition either way.

But early in the game it can give an edge, you will construct colony ships in 2 turns instead of 3.

All you need for 2 turn construction is a rate of 2400. Your homeworlds do that easily and if you crank construction attribute by 20%, so do all the rest. No need for any more.
