Racial Points

I am sorry if this question has been asked before. I did a search and could not find anything, probably using the wrong word phrase or something. I noticed that the most racial points that you can start out with is 5000. Is there any way to be able to modify this to get more? The max racial points are hard coded afaik. I have not been able to find it in any of the .txt files so that it could be modified.

You can't mod for more, but you *can* decrease the cost of everything, effectively giving you more.
