I've been trying to get this done through customer service and have been getting the run around so I thought I'd try this since I can't figure out how to email you directly.

A while back I ordered se4g. It was on back order. While waiting I played the demo for atf and decided I like it enough to order when it comes out. So I cancelled se4g to order them both at the same time and save shipping. The problem is I haven't been able to get a refund. And it's almost $50. Annette in customer service emailed me once or twice and that's about it. No money. I hate to bother you but could you please look into it? My name at customer service is riche12545. Thank you.
