Refueling satellites
 

I understand that they will go dormant when they run out of supplies. That being the case - you have to re-supply them to make them continue to be useful?

Then I vote for mines and use sats only for survailance.

Sats have unlimited supplies.

The thing about them going dormant is mentioned in the data files, but it is apparently one of those things he thought about doing and changed his mind on late in the process.
