1.49 warp bug
I just encountered this bug in 1.49, i dont know if its in gold or not, so maybe someone can confirm it for me.
At the beginning of a turn (simultanious game), empire 1 is sitting on a wormhole with a warp closer. Empire 2 is sitting on the other end with a fleet. 1 orders the hole closed. 2 orders his fleet to warp. The turn starts. Day 1: both empires take their actions. Game Crashes! BOOM! BANG! SMASH! in theory, Version 1.49 worked like this: Day 1, stellar manip takes place. Player 1 does their SM, player 2 does their SM, etc. then Day 1, movement and actions take place. Player 1 moves, player 2 moves, etc. so in THEORY, the warp point should have closed, and player 2 should have been looking for the long way around. This didnt happen. |

That was a known bug in 1.49. I am fairly certain it got fixed in Gold.
