Yes, folks: "New Dawn" is a brand new PBW game.
The galaxy is set far far away.....where no one has dare to go....and where the universe of Star Wars and Star Trek have clashed together.
"New Dawn" is a 7 days turn length game where conspiracy, trades and vengeance rule.

Welcome to New Dawn

Two different galaxies have clashed........... After an initial recover, the various Empires starts to count their losses....... and prepare to hunt their old enemies....... a New Dawn has come!

This game will have ONLY Empires from Star Wars and Star Trek universe.
Give yourselves time to expand and discover other races. Coexist, explore, trade and defeat your enemies in this game.
In diplomacy with other races act as a real ambassador of your Empire: this means RPG style.
About role playin� I hope there will be no treaties between natural enemies like for example Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance: this will add very interesting strategic decisions to the game.
This game is for patiently players who not give up after a bad start, it will be played at a leisurely pace of 1 turn required per week, this also means that all players can upload the turnfile within the 168 hours never mind when that is at day 1 after the game start or day 7: everyone has the full week time for the turn uploading, although if all turns are submitted then a new turn file will be sent out.
When from a player vacation upcoming, then it is on you to find a way to submit your turn's or your empire will played by the AI.

Gentlemen rules will apply.
This generally means:
1. All players MUST choose an Empire from ST � SW galaxies.
2. All players MUST use a different race shipset.
When someone is accepted to join the game,and when this one upload his empire file make sure also to choose your shipset from the drag down menu list so that we can download your non stock shipset, in this way we can also prevent similar shipsets in the game.
3. No surrendering unless it is to the enemy who beat you.
4. No modify files after the game starts.
5. No cheating of any kind.
6. I WILL NOT replaying any turns in this game so see that you all upload your turnfiles in time !
7. If your empire is about to die surrender to your enemy who beat you should that be not possible to you, don't quit the game please!!!!.......just stay in so the PBW server will mark your empire as dead instead of having an open spot for a dead empire.
8. Notify me if you�re going to miss more than 2 turns in a row. Keep in mind that this is a long time game that can take VERY long, so please no flakey players. Flakey players who miss turns consistantly will be replaced (except players that have notify me about vacation).
9. NO ANCIENT RACE ALLOWED IN THIS GAME.
10. Remember this is a game: leave your real life problems behind, respect other players and have fun!

Other game settings: Intelligence Allowed, Mines Allowed, Simultaneous Play, All warp points connected, all player planets have the same size at start.
Game will begin when max number of players is reached, and when all have upload the 2000 points Empire file.
