Genesis component

May be it is too late to implement it in SE IV but I would like to propose a new "genesis" ability/component:
It would be used like other star destroying components with two important differences. First it works in any system, even without a star or in systems with ring-/sphereworlds. Second it transforms the system into a standard solar system (with planets) chosen randomly by the computer from the system types file. It could be activated anywhere in the system and would destroy everything present in that system including the ship/base that has the component.
I think this component could be used reasonably by the AI too and would allow the transformation of empty systems in useful ones.
The only thing that could stop it would be a system gravitational shield. And of course it would be very expensive to research (highest level of stellar manipulation) and to build (e.g. two times the cost of other system destroying components).

What about such a component? Don't know if this was suggested before.

Point-Defence Facility. When built, protects a planet with PD cannons. The higher level of facility, the more shots it has.

BTW there can be facilities with other types of weapons. Or even mixed armed (PD + Missiles; PD + Direct Fire, etc.) facilities to protect small/medium planets. I know WPs do the same, but building a facility leaves cargospace for other use.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I have mistaken you. Sorry. I proposed a new facility (not component) which has nothing to do with Atmosphere Converters.

Star Forming systems should eventually transform themselves into normal systems with a normal star and planets.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I am talking about a new facility (not unit) which can shoot at enemy ships/seekers/fighters/etc.

The highest level could have an unlimited number of shots, if you want it to make a big difference from a weapon platform.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">The most recent estimate I've found of how long planets take to form is 10-30M years. It would have to be a rare event like Planet or Star Destroyed, at SE IV's timescale.
