So, I was working on making my sig smaller, while still keeping all of the necessary links in it. Any suggestions on how I can make it take up fewer lines? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Well, I don't know what STD 1.17 is but in this case, "STD" probably doesn't stand for what it usually stands for. I looked up "STD" in the acronym finder and I got these definitions.

Maybe you can remove the blank line between "It's not whether you win..." and the links. To maintain a sense division between the quote and the links, put --- at the front of the links, too. Like this:

if you can have html in your sig, you can use a smaller font.

Just checked, you can't have html, but you can have ubbcode, which also allows a smaller font iirc..

I've examined your sig, and I find it quite allright as it is. If you really want to shorten it, you could remove the first line, which does'nt seem to be as important as the links you provide.
