No Harsh or Deadly planets?

Anyone else notice that there are never any Harsh or Deadly planets generated by the game? The only way you can get one of those is by turning asteroids into a planet or using a radiation bomb...

I have had a home world go DEAD on me due to random events.
It was too early for intel.

I've seen a few harsh I think...but never a deadly from the normal game.

I do believe you can create harsh and deadly planets in the map editor. I have never seen one created at random, though.

then this is a bug.

More harsh and deadly planets should be there, then people will think twice before making their ER 51%....
As well this might be used to balance some planet combos - like oxygen/rock which is too common, or hydrogen/gas and so on.

Taera, ER is 100% linear. It's effects are the same on planets of all conditions. I ran a test, and posted the results in PvK's Balance Mod thread (IIRC).
