Shield skipping weapnry.

Does racial weaponry like the Allegiance subverter skip shields?

The other weapons that skip shields are the "delayed reload" weapons, like those of the crystal and psychic races. And, of course, the null-space and weapon overloading technologies, now that engine-destroyers have to penetrate the shields.
