Upgrading selected facilities
 

I know that I can view the master construction queue list and click the "Upgrade Facilities" button. This does two things:
1) Adds queue entries for upgrading existing components and
2) Upgrades components CURRENTLY under construction to their latest Version without losing build time.

Unfortunately, this button performs the command for ALL colonies (currently 287!!) and really messes up some of them. Like those that I prefer to build an Intelligence Center II (2000 units-1 turn build) instead of an Intelligence Center III (2500 units-2 turn build). I have to go back and "fix" all the ones it incorrectly upgraded.

So is there anyway to choose which planets I want to execute an upgrade on? If I just wanted existing components, I could just go into its Construction Queue and choose to upgrade those components. Unfortunately, this doesn't allow me to upgrade the components currently under construction.

Any ideas?

Send an email to MM requesting a way to select planets for upgrade just like you do for 'multi-build.' I've been requesting this for months.

only by going into each planet you want to upgrade and cliking the "upgrade" button. It is one at a time or all at once - there is no middle way I'm afraid.

Can you put upgrades into the "fill queue" command? There might be workaround like that (which would be very useful for Proportions games.)
